A social media user shared a story of how a police report saved her friend

A social media user shared a story of what happened to her friend. "This happened to my colleague yesterday. She entered a bus on her way to work not knowing there were armed robbers in the bus (one chance). They took her ATM (Automated Teller Machine) card and pin number and other valuables then let her go. She immediately went to a police station to get a police report on the incidence that happened.
Afterwards, she went to the bank to block her account for fear of the robbers withdrawing her money. When she laid the complaints in the bank, the customer service representative told her that the robbers did not take her money but a transfer was made to her. From there she went to the hospital for treatment. Thereafter, she went to another bank branch to withdraw some money but was told that she had to go to the bank where her account is domiciled in order to collect money. On getting to the bank, she was arrested and was accused of robbing someone and asking the person to transfer money to her account after which she killed the person. She slept in the cell yesterday. The husband has gone to the police station where they initially lodged to complaint in respect of the one chance bus she entered in the morning".

Now, what if she had not gone to report to the police or gotten a police report earlier like some of us do at times. Please we should always endeavor to report to the police when and where it is necessary.
