A 17 year old Nigerian girl,gets admission to 13 universities abroad.

Nigerian students are know going on a very high level educationally this brings us to the story of a young girl who is just 17 years old her name is Serena Omo Lamai,who graduated from dowen college,lekki,Lagos,she was granted admission to study in 13 universities both in America and Canada.
She opted for Syracuse university,United States,to study BIO Medical Engineering.
        Some of the universities where she was offered admission include New York University,Georgia Institute of technology,Emory University,among others.
       Syracuse University offered a $51,000 scholarship to her and she chose the university because of very good research lad.She has always loved Biology,Physics,Chemistry and Geography.
      She also said her hope is to study medicine for a second degree,but she loves to be a medical engineer.Most of the medical equipment in Nigeria are imported and she said she would like a situation where medical equipment are manufactured in Nigeria.
    "My parents are my role models,but I am also inspired by anyone who is hardworking,anyone who puts much efforts and zeal in what they do.She was also commended by her vice principal on her good work and was said that she was the best student in the graduating class in 2014/2015 academic session and now still making it.We wish her best of luck in her pursuit in her academic and career choice.
